Howell Commits

The Rochester Junior Monarchs are proud to announce the commitment of forward, Brenden Howell (00' Hilton, NY), to Hobart College, a proud member of the New England Hockey Conference, NCAA Div III.  Hobart is coached by legendary Head Coach Marc Taylor.  Hobart just competed in the NCAA Frozen Four this past season.

Brenden, a two year NCDC veteran for the Rochester Junior Monarchs is a super talented player that is known for turning defensemen inside-out.  "Brenden has an unbelievable skill set and can score at any moment.  He has developed his mental game immensely this past season and knows when to use his skill and when to make a smart play.  He is a mainstay on the power play and is terrifying for the opposition when he is killing penalties." says NCDC Head Coach Nick Unger.  Brenden said of his time in Rochester, "Thank you to the Monarchs organization, who for two years, made me feel a part of a family. I had the best times at our ups and learned the most about myself at our downs.  Thank you to Coach Unger and Coach Bailey for allowing me to expand my hockey game on the ice and grow as a man off the ice."
Congratulations Brenden!!!  We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
